Information on the Battery Act

Information obligation according to the Battery Act (BattG)

Our products may contain batteries and rechargeable batteries. These must not be disposed of with household waste. Consumers are legally obliged to return batteries and rechargeable batteries to designated collection points (e.g., municipal collection points or our store). Returns are free of charge. Alternatively, you can return used batteries and rechargeable batteries purchased from us to us (Brewout Coffee Co., samuel Lerch & Nils-Henning Neß GbR, Freibadstr. 20a, DE-81543 Munich).

Batteries and rechargeable batteries contain valuable raw materials that can be recycled. If disposed of improperly, the substances contained in batteries and rechargeable batteries can have negative impacts on the environment and human health. Therefore, batteries and rechargeable batteries must be collected separately and recycled.
