Our shipping promise

Orders received by 12 noon are usually shipped the same business day, otherwise the next business day. Within Germany, your delivery usually arrives within 1–2 business days, and to other EU countries within 4–7 business days. You will receive your tracking number via email and can track your delivery live.

We use our fulfillment partner LSM Fulfillment, which selects Hermes (Germany) or DHL (international) depending on the country and package format. Upon request and for an additional charge, we can ship via any other service provider—just specify this when ordering.

Germany: Free shipping for orders over 39 €, below that a flat rate of 5.90 €.
Austria: depending on the package 0 €–16.90 €.
Other EU countries: 9.90 €–21.90 €.
You will always see the exact costs in the checkout before completing your order.

We ship to all EU member states and Switzerland/UK (see customs duties). Your packages are always insured and come with tracking.

As soon as your package leaves our premises, we'll send you the tracking number. You can use this to track the delivery status with the respective shipping provider or directly in your customer account.

You have a 14-day cancellation period from receipt of the goods. You are responsible for the return shipping costs (€4.50 for domestic shipments, international shipping costs apply). Send the goods undamaged and in their original packaging to our returns service.

In the event of a warranty claim, we will send you a free replacement or refund the purchase price. Please send defective items to our returns address so we can inspect them and, if applicable, claim the manufacturer's warranty.

International shipping costs vary depending on the country and order volume. For your convenience:

Austria: €0–€16.90

Other EU countries: €9.90–€21.90

As stated in our cancellation policy , you have a 14-day return period. This means that you can return the product you purchased from us up to 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.

The only thing you have to keep in mind is that you have to bear the costs of a voluntary return yourself.

As an international customer, we don't want to put you in a worse position than our national customers. That's why we always only charge the domestic return rate for international returns. So for an order from Austria, for example, you only pay €4.50 for return shipping for a package instead of the usual €9.90. We think that's fair and reasonable.

By default, no. For very urgent orders, please contact us in advance – we will then check individual express options and costs.

Yes. Companies entitled to deduct input tax or EU companies that pay the tax themselves can purchase tax-exempt from us. Please send your request to b2b@brewout.deso that we can create the correct, tax-free invoice.

Yes, you can easily enter your Packstation or branch address during checkout. Make sure you enter your postal code (for Packstation) or your DHL customer number (for branch) correctly.

Important: To ensure that we ship your package with DHL, select DHL shipping in the checkout.

As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll be happy to change the address for you. Contact us as soon as possible. info@brewout.de – ideally within 30 minutes of placing the order.

How environmentally friendly is your packaging?

The shipping service provider usually makes two delivery attempts and leaves a notification. After that, the package is returned to us. In this case, we will notify you and coordinate the next steps.

International returns can easily be made through your local postal or shipping company. We charge a flat rate for return shipping at the German domestic rate and deduct it from your refund.

Yes, every invoice shows the net amount, the VAT rate, and the tax amount. B2B customers with a valid VAT ID receive a corrected, tax-exempt invoice.

If you have not received an invoice (by email, we no longer print them), please write to us and we will send you one.

If you place a second order in quick succession, send us an email quickly – we'll combine them until they're shipped, saving you one-time shipping fees.
