The Multi Purpose grinding discs are designed to minimize extremely fine particles regardless of the brewing method.
Thanks to a thin layer of titanium aluminum carbon nitride (TiAICN - also known as Red Speed), heat transfer is minimized, helping to preserve the flavor of your coffee. In addition, durability is significantly increased. You can expect these burrs to grind over 5,000 kilograms of coffee before you need a new pair.
We especially recommend these grinders if you want to make both filter coffee and espresso.

wichtigste Erkenntnis: ich hätte schon viel früher auf SSP wechseln sollen

Raketenschneller Versand und Ware kam mit viel Liebe verpackt gut an. Bin sehr happy mit meinen neuen SSP-Scheiben ✨👌🏻 Das Mahlgut besitzt damit deutlich weniger Fines verglichen zu den Originalscheiben der Eureka Mignon XL. Mir taugt das Mahlergebnis sowohl bei den großen Korngrößen z.B. für Filteraufguss als auch bei den kleinen Korngrößen z.B. für die Espressozubereitung deutlich mehr. Die Mahlgeschwindigkeit reduziert sich ggü. den originalen Mahlscheiben der Mignon XL geringfügig. Für das geniale, homogene Mahlergebnis nehme ich die paar Sekunden mehr an Zeit aber sehr gerne in kauf. Damit gelingen next-Level Extraktionen. ☕👌🏻
