The Turbo Burr grinding discs of the Timemore Sculptor 078 are available here as an upgrade/crossgrade to your Sculptor 078S or as a replacement for your 078 - so you can transform the espresso version of the Sculptor 078S into the renowned filter version in no time at all.
The conversion is very easy and can be done in 5 steps:
- Removing the adjustment wheel cover
- Removing the locking pin
- Unscrew the grinding disc holder with an Allen key
- Unscrew the fixed grinding disc with two slotted screws
- Installing the Timemore Turbo Burrs

Der gesamte Bestellprozess verlief absolut reibungslos. Die Lieferung war extrem schnell (nur ein Tag), und die Flair y58 kam hervorragend verpackt und unbeschädigt bei mir an inkl. 3 „Probiershots“, die mir auch sehr gefallen haben.
Die Flair 58+ 2 selbst überzeugt durch ihre hochwertige Verarbeitung und Robustheit. Schon das Auspacken und der Aufbau macht richtig Spaß und fühlt sich durchdacht an. Als manuelle Espressomaschine ist sie ideal für alle, die gerne experimentieren – sei es mit Druck, Mahlgrad (nutze hierfür die Comandante C40 mit Red Clicks) oder Wassertemperatur. Man braucht etwas Geduld, bis man den perfekten Shot trifft, aber genau das macht den Reiz aus.
Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – sowohl für das Produkt als auch für den Onlineshop. Hier wird auf jeden Fall nochmal bestellt.
I’m very happy with these Timemore filter papers for my V60 02. They fit perfectly and sit nicely in the dripper without any folding issues. The flow rate is consistent, which makes dialing in recipes much easier and repeatable.

Ich habe die DF64 Gen 2 jetzt seit einer Woche im Einsatz und bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Dabei war ich vor dem Kauf etwas skeptisch, da die Mühle in mehreren YouTube-Videos als extrem laut beschrieben wird - was für ein Unsinn! Lärmempfinden mag ja durchaus subjektiv sein, ich empfinde die Geräusche jedenfalls weder als unangenehm noch als zu laut, obwohl ich da eher empfindlich bin. Auch mal wieder herzlichen Dank an das Brewout-Team für die prompte Beantwortung von Fragen und die schnelle Lieferung!
